Job summary

MidasMart, managed by Midas Merge Sdn. Bhd., seeks an HR Executive to support recruitment, onboarding, training coordination and hostel management across operations in Malaysia. The role requires regular coordination with retail Operations and site visits.

Applicants should have a Diploma or Degree in HR/Business Admin, 3–4 years HR experience, and strong English/Bahasa Malaysia, with proficiency in Microsoft 365 and AI-assisted reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR/Business Administration/Management.
• 3–4 years of HR experience with recruitment and onboarding.
• Experience in hostel management is preferred.
• Retail/operational industry exposure is an advantage.
• Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, good documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment from posting to interview arrangements and documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation and training plans for new hires.
• Coordinate employee hostel arrangements and visits to sites.
• Prepare HR reports using Microsoft 365 and AI tools.
• Liaise with Department Heads for manpower and reporting needs.
• Maintain HR records and ensure timely follow-up on actions.
