Vitaltechnical is seeking a proactive Human Resource Executive (Operations) to support day-to-day HR functions including foreign worker management, employee relations, recruitment, and training administration on-site.
You will conduct hostel inspections, manage facility maintenance, handle after-hours emergencies for foreign workers, assist with payroll verifications, and drive onboarding, development, and engagement initiatives across the workforce.

Provide support to the team in day-to-day HR operational matters from foreign worker management, employee relations and disciplinary management, recruitment, training administration, audits, etc.
Conduct regular on-site hostel inspections and manage facility maintenance.
Manage after-hours ground emergencies involving foreign worker welfare, medical transport, or hostel issues, ensuring prompt resolution and reporting.
Audit and verify floor workers' overtime records, allowances, and attendance logs prior to payroll processing.
Assist with preliminary show-cause documentation, and enforce statutory/policy guidelines across the floor.
Collaborate with team members to implement employee life cycle initiatives that improve the overall employee experience, including onboarding, development, and engagement strategies.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with relevant stakeholders to implement action plans that enhance organisational efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure HR policies, processes, services and initiatives are effectively executed in accordance to the Company’s requirements.
Background:
Diploma / Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or its equivalent from a recognized institution of higher learning.
Experience:
At least 2 years of direct, hands-on foreign worker management (quota logistics, FOMEMA checkups, permit renewals, repatriation, etc), hostel operations (Act 446 compliance), and government agency liaison (JTKSM, Immigration, KDN, local councils, etc).
Proactive and field-ready to serve as our primary operational anchor.
Knowledge & Skill:
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, flexible, adaptable and curious.
Excellent time management and organisation skills, meticulous and delivers quality work.
A highly motivated individual who is willing to take initiatives and follow up with details.
Thrives in dynamic floor environments and manages daily ground operations.
Prepared for hands-on, out-of-office field duties, site audits, and off-hours emergency response.
Able to work with minimal supervision and at times independently.
Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with a proactive approach to floor relations.
