Wangsa Holdings Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day hospitality operations across our portfolio, ensuring guest satisfaction and profitability. You will oversee budgeting, staff development, and service standards, aligning with senior management to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

This full-time role requires strong leadership, English and Malay communication, and a proven track record in hotel operations, with a focus

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of operations management experience in hospitality and tourism.
• Proven track record in hotel, resort or similar hospitality operations.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Proficient in hospitality PMS and related systems.
• Strong budgeting, cost control and financial acumen.
• Fluent English and Malay communication.
• Certification in hospitality management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across properties, ensuring policy and standards.
• Manage budgets, control costs and optimise resources.
• Recruit, train and develop operational staff.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through service standards and QA.
• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, front office and F&B.
• Monitor KPIs and report operational performance to senior management.
• Address guest issues promptly and implement improvements.
• Maintain compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
