Hilton in Malaysia is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee Front Desk, F&B, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security and related departments at our Perak property.

You will drive revenue, control costs, and uphold Hilton service standards to maximize guest satisfaction. You will collaborate with senior leaders, manage budgets, schedules, and trainings, ensuring safety and high performance across all teams.

• Ensure safety procedures, guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Monitor performance and conduct regular operations meetings.
