Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
• 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, or related major; 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
• Prior supervisory experience in restaurant or hotel settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily restaurant operations and assists on the floor during peak meal periods.
• Leads menu planning and maintains sanitation standards across all dining venues.
• Manages staffing, training, and ensures compliance with liquor laws and company policies.
