Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in restaurant management or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards and F&B practices.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage staff scheduling, inventory, costs and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure the restaurant maintains high standards of service, cleanliness, food quality, and presentation.
• Monitor daily opening and closing procedures and ensure all operational standards are followed.
• Foster a positive and professional working environment based on teamwork and accountability.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, discipline and overall performance.
• Train and coach staff on customer service, product knowledge, SOPs, and workplace practices.
• Ensure guests receive excellent and consistent service throughout their dining experience.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints and service recovery professionally.
• Monitor daily sales and restaurant performance against targets.
• Ensure proper inventory control and minimize unnecessary wastage.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as required.
• Monitor outlet performance and provide feedback and recommendations to management.
