Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management / Business Administration or its equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of relevant experience in the management role within the hospitality industry.
• Ability in identifying, addressing and resolving day to day issues and challenges.
• Ready to relocate anywhere in Malaysia.
• High standards of customer service, honesty and integrity.
• Pleasant personality, self-motivated and able to work long hours independently.
• Excellent command of written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the day-to-day operation of the hotel.
• Provide direction and leadership to staff in the efficient operations of the hotel.
• Formulates Hotel Operational Plan and Budget to support the Company's overall short and long term Business Plan.
• Initiates programs to promote proper team members' orientation and training and ensures the highest morale amongst the team.
• Promote and develop the hotel business base.
