Job summary

LU MA SERVICES SDN BHD is seeking a dynamic Hotel Front Desk Officer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur City Centre. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their stay.

You will warmly welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out, respond to inquiries, manage reservations and billing, and provide information about facilities and local area.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia for guest communication.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in hospitality or front desk is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and check-in/check-out guests with a smooth process.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
• Manage reservations, room assignments and billing accurately.
• Provide information about hotel facilities and local area.
• Assist with luggage handling and concierge services as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
