We are looking for a team of enthusiastic Front Desk Officers to join our team in the heart of Kuala Lumpur City Centre. This full-time, shift‑based role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with guests in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment, similar to serviced apartments or Airbnb‑style properties. You will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service and ensuring smooth front‑desk operations.
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional, and hospitable manner.
Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring a personalised and seamless experience.
Handle guest enquiries, special requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
Maintain accurate guest records and manage the reservation/booking system with attention to detail.
Provide administrative support to the hotel/property management team as required.
Assist with telephone and email communications and ensure timely follow‑up.
Keep the front desk area clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
Previous experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably within a hotel or hospitality setting. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour.
Positive attitude, patience, and commitment to high standards of service.
Good organisational and multitasking abilities; able to work in a busy shift environment.
Proficiency in using hotel management software and common computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin speaking is highly preferred to effectively communicate with international guests from China and other Mandarin‑speaking markets.
Keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to delivering high‑quality, guest‑centred service.
