Job summary

Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur City Centre is seeking a professional Hotel Front Office team member to deliver warm, guest-focused service from arrival through departure. You will manage check-ins/outs, respond to inquiries, operate the front desk and PMS, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience while supporting occupancy and revenue targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and colleagues.
• Strong customer service orientation and guest satisfaction focus.
• Proficiency with hotel management systems; ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Reliable, organised and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Operate front desk and property management system to manage reservations and payments.
• Handle telephone inquiries and direct calls to appropriate departments.
• Maintain a clean, organised, welcoming front desk area.
• Process payments and reconcile cash/credit transactions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to address guest needs.
• Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
