Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field as listed.
• At least 5 years in F&B business operations or related roles.
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth, profitability, and expansion initiatives.
• Strong understanding of restaurant and dining operations, including cost control and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for on-campus and external restaurant and bakery outlets.
• Identify new revenue streams such as events, catering, and workshops.
• Drive B2B and B2C sales including corporate catering and school events.
• Set revenue targets, KPIs, and profitability goals for the group’s F&B operations.
• Build partnerships with vendors, corporate clients, and delivery platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing to strengthen brand identity and campaigns.
• Support menu development with cost efficiency and market demand.
• Coordinate public relations efforts to enhance reputation and community engagement.
