Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value enterprise merchant accounts through strategic planning, regular business reviews, and delivery of tailored solutions
• Pitch and implement marketing campaigns and new product offerings to drive incremental GMV, merchant engagement, and revenue targets
• Leverage CRM platforms, analytics tools, and AI-assisted automation to streamline workflows, forecast performance, and enhance merchant communication
• Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to identify new opportunities, resolve escalations, and mitigate account risks
• Support merchant engagement across multiple cities in Malaysia as business needs require
