Job summary

Revenue Valley Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to support the growth of our F&B brands in Malaysia. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and developing a robust pipeline of partnerships and outlets.

You will prepare proposals, coordinate with management on growth strategies, and foster relationships with landlords, corporate clients and partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing or related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, F&B, Retail or Property.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Willing to travel for site visits, meetings and business development activities.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities to support growth and expansion.
Conduct market research to identify market trends, opportunities and customer insights.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and partnerships.
Prepare business proposals, presentations and commercial plans for opportunities.
Follow up on leads and opportunities from discussion through to execution.
Collaborate with Management to develop growth strategies and revenue generation.
Identify and evaluate potential locations for new outlets and negotiate with landlords.
Establish relationships with landlords, mall management and partners.
Engage corporate clients, vendors and stakeholders for partnerships and revenues.
Monitor opportunities and progress; report to Management.
