Job summary

UYDE TRADING is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to drive growth for its café brand in Malaysia. You will shape the BD strategy, identify new opportunities, and coordinate with licensees and HQ to ensure successful openings.

You will analyse F&B market trends, manage CRM, and report weekly progress while collaborating with marketing and operations to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or with F&B/business development.
• Strong communication, networking, negotiation and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall business development strategy for growth and brand standards.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads and improve processes.
• Coordinate communications between licensee, HQ, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress until outlet opening and ensure smooth handover.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to boost revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market analysis on F&B trends in Malaysia.
• Update CRM, report weekly progress and maintain sales pipeline.
