Job summary

UYDE TRADING is hiring a Business Development Manager (F&B) to drive growth of our cafe business through partnerships, sales and new opportunities. You will develop strategies, identify markets and coordinate with HQ, licensees and teams to ensure successful openings and ongoing success.

The role requires strong communication, networking, and problem-solving skills, with willingness to travel for client visits and sales activities in Malaysia. Malaysian citizens preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business or related field.
• Experience in sales or F&B business development preferred.
• Strong communication, networking and negotiation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall business development strategy for growth.
• Identify new opportunities, generate leads and drive sales.
• Coordinate communication between licensee, HQ and relevant parties.
• Monitor milestones until new outlets open and hand over.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to boost revenue and satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends, opportunities, and challenges in Malaysia F&B.
• Update CRM and report weekly sales pipeline and feedback to HQ.
• Screen and interview sales candidates and design assessments.
