Job summary

Talent Trader Group Pte Ltd is seeking a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager (F&B Manufacturing) based at the Pasir Gudang facility in Johor. The role drives market growth, manages complex key accounts, and coordinates with R&D, Production, and Logistics to convert technical offerings into profitable partnerships.

The candidate will lead territory strategies, oversee quotations and forecasting, and provide strategic insights to guide commercial decisions.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in business development, technical sales, or commercial management.
Proven track record in B2B sales within F&B / FMCG manufacturing and complex key accounts.
Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated contract negotiation and margin optimization.
Self-driven, structured, and collaborative with cross-functional navigation capabilities.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new customer accounts to achieve sales targets and market expansion.
Build and manage a robust B2B sales pipeline through site visits and executive engagements.
Plan target territories to expand sales coverage across industries and geographies.
Own complex key accounts and manage long-term commercial relationships.
Prepare quotations, coordinate product sampling, and generate rolling forecasts.
Align product specs, lead times, and fulfillment with internal teams.
Track market trends and prepare monthly sales reports for leadership.
