Job summary

Wilhelmsen group in Malaysia is seeking a Central Customer Service Coordinator to process RFQs and POs in the global customer service mailbox and ensure SLA compliance.

You will provide admin support to GCS and LCS, handle urgent transactions, and communicate with customers. The role requires a Diploma and 2-3 years in logistics, with English and Japanese fluency and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field required.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience in order fulfilment/supply chain/logistics.
• Fluent in English and Japanese (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office and computer-literate.
• Able to prioritize, customer oriented with strong communication.
• Good planning, organizing, and attention to detail.
• Independent with minimal supervision and a positive attitude.
• Willing to work weekends/public holidays rostered.

Responsibilities

• Process RFQs and POs from the global mailbox.
• Ensure inquiries meet SLA targets.
• Provide admin support to GCS and LCS.
• Flag orders requiring urgent action.
• Follow up with Supply Chain for outstanding tasks.
• Maintain notes on customer specifics.
• Participate in team discussions and training.
• Accept rostered work on weekends and holidays.
