Job summary

Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia seeks a Central Customer Service Coordinator to process RFQs and POs, ensuring SLA adherence and accurate administrative support to GCS and LCS teams.

You will handle quotes, orders, and related customer information, prioritise tasks, and coordinate with Supply Chain to resolve issues promptly while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder in any field with relevant order fulfilment/supply chain exposure.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, procurement or order fulfilment.
• Fluent in English and Japanese, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Process RFQs and POs from the group mailbox in a timely manner.
• Assess urgency using ETA, port, and customer type; escalate as needed.
• Keep LCS informed of RFQ/PO irregularities and commitments.
• Follow up with Supply Chain for pending tasks and ensure completion.
• Adhere to credit limits, policies and standard processes.
• Support team leads and participate in training sessions.
