Job summary

Wilhelmsen group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Order Processing Coordinator for its Marine Products division. You will process customer RFQs and POs, manage inquiries, and support the GCS and LCS teams from a Kuala Lumpur office. The role requires a diploma, English proficiency, and strong time management.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any fields required.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to support AMB and India region work hours (KL time).

Responsibilities

• Process RFQs and POs in the Global Customer Service mailbox.
• Attend enquiries within SLA.
• Provide admin support to GCS and LCS teams.
• Follow up with Supply Chain/LCS for outstanding tasks.
• Highlight improvements and process learnings to team leads.
