Job summary

Wilhelmsen Holding ASA, Kuala Lumpur, seeks an Order Processing Coordinator to manage RFQ and PO requests. You will join the Marine Products division, processing customer inquiries and coordinating with LCS, GCS, and Supply Chain to meet timelines.

The role requires a Diploma and 2–3 years in order fulfilment or logistics, with strong English skills and good time management. Hours align with AMB/India regional times, based in KL.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field required.
• Able to support AMB and India region work hours (KL Time) 1pm–10pm. Week schedules: AMB Sun–Thu; India Mon–Sat (half day).
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in order fulfilment/supply chain/logistics.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Process RFQs and POs from the group mailbox.
• Adhere to SLA for mailbox enquiries.
• Provide admin support to GCS and LCS teams.
• Follow up with Supply Chain / LCS for pending tasks.
• Highlight improvements and share learnings with team leads.
