Job summary

Wilhelmsen group is seeking a Central Customer Service Junior Coordinator to handle RFQ/PO processing in the Global Customer Service mailbox and ensure timely responses within SLA. The role involves admin support to GCS and LCS, coordination with Supply Chain, and handling weekend roster duties when required.

The successful candidate will possess a Diploma, 2–3 years in order fulfilment or logistics, and strong English communication along with solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field is mandatory.
• 2–3 years' experience in order fulfilment/supply chain/logistics.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer literacy.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process RFQs and POs from the Global Customer Service mailbox.
• Maintain SLA compliance and keep LCS updated.
• Provide admin support to the GCS and LCS teams.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain for outstanding tasks.
• Accept rostered work on Saturdays and public holidays when needed.
