Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process RFQs and Purchase Orders (POs) from the Global Customer Service mailbox.
• Ensure inquiries are answered within SLA and provide admin support to GCS and LCS.
• Highlight any irregularities or credit-limit issues and coordinate with LCS/Supply Chain.
• Follow up on outstanding tasks and contribute to team discussions and trainings.
• Accept rostered work on Saturdays and public holidays as required by the mailbox.
