Job summary

Wilhelmsen Ships Service in Malaysia seeks a Central Customer Service Junior Coordinator for the China & TW line to handle RFQ and PO processing from the Global Customer Service mailbox. You will ensure timely responses within SLA and provide essential admin support to both GCS and local CS teams.

The role requires a Diploma, 2-3 years in order fulfilment/supply chain, fluent English, and strong MS Office skills. You may be asked to work on Saturdays/public holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field is required.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in order fulfilment/supply chain/logistics.
• Fluent in English (written, spoken, listening).
• Proficient in MS Office and computer literacy.
• Ability to prioritize, communicate well, and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Process customer RFQs and POs from the Global Customer Service mailbox.
• Ensure enquiries are attended to within the SLA.
• Provide administrative support to GCS and local CS teams.
• Take on assignments from senior staff as required.
• Accept rostered work on Saturdays and public holidays if needed.
