Job summary

Wilhelmsen Ships Service in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Order Processing Coordinator for our Marine Products division. You will process RFQs and POs, manage customer inquiries, and support the GCS and LCS teams to ensure timely responses and adherence to SLA.

The role requires a diploma, 2–3 years in order fulfilment or logistics, and strong English communication. Working hours align with AMB/INDIA regions, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturdays/public holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field required.
• 2–3 years of relevant order fulfilment/supply chain/logistics experience.
• Fluent in English writing and speaking.
• Strong MS Office skills and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Process RFQs and POs from the Global Customer Service mailbox.
• Ensure inquiries are attended within SLA.
• Provide administrative support to GCS and LCS teams.
• Follow up with Supply Chain for outstanding tasks and maintain timely communication.
