Job summary

Noatum Logistics is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients and delivering innovative supply chain solutions. You will work closely with the Country Manager to craft global offerings and expand market presence in Malaysia.

The role requires a strong freight forwarding background, 5+ years in business development and sales, and proficiency with CRM systems and logistics software. Frequent domestic and international travel is expected to build lasting partnerships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in management, logistics, business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, business development and sales.
Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, logistics and supply chain processes.
Proficient in using CRM systems and logistics software.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local languages.

Responsibilities

Drive growth by acquiring new clients and delivering innovative supply chain solutions.
Work closely with the Country Manager to develop the supply chain solutions globally for clients.
Identify market opportunities, target new customers, and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Conduct proactive sales calls, visits, and presentations to new and existing customers.
Achieve agreed sales goals and business targets.
Provide timely reports for business opportunities and development.
Travel domestically and internationally to meet customers and business partners.
Build and develop customers through relationship management and to satisfy their expectations by utilizing company's products.
