Job summary

Talent Recruit represents a client in Klang, Malaysia, a Logistics, Freight Forwarding & Supply Chain Solutions company seeking a seasoned sales professional. You will drive revenue, lead a sales team, and manage key accounts to secure long-term contracts.

The role requires 3+ years in logistics sales, strong freight forwarding knowledge, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Normal hours Mon–Fri, with weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of indoor/outdoor sales experience in logistics.
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding and supply chain solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Proactive, result-driven mindset with a track record of meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue: Develop sales strategies, pursue new business opportunities, and secure long-term client contracts.
• Lead the Team: Coach, manage, and set targets for the sales team to achieve company goals.
• Manage Pipeline & Accounts: Build a strong sales pipeline and foster long-term relationships with key accounts.
• Process & Pitch: Create proposals, deliver client presentations, and streamline sales workflows.
• Reporting: Analyze sales performance, market trends, and report actionable insights to senior management.
