Noatum Logistics in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Branch Manager to lead operations, grow revenue, and enhance customer satisfaction while ensuring profitability and staff engagement.

You will develop business plans, monitor performance, and build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, using CRM systems and logistics software to optimize all freight forwarding activities across sea, air and land transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in freight forwarding, shipping or logistics, with at least 5 years in strategic position with profit & loss responsibility.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and logistics software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local languages.

• Develop business objectives, strategies and plans for the Branch to grow profitability and meet management expectations.
• Grow volume and revenue to meet or exceed targets.
• Lead, motivate and coach staff to achieve best results.
• Plan, monitor and manage resources on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and guidelines.
• Build and enhance relationships with customers to maximize satisfaction and profitability.
• Conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities.
