Job summary

Zenguard Risk Management in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Account Manager to develop and manage key client relationships, support onboarding, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver professional service. The role requires collaboration across markets and travel to regional sites as needed.

You will work closely with operations, sales and technical teams to ensure client obligations are fulfilled, identify opportunities for cross-selling, and maintain accurate client records in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues and senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify potential business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop an in-depth understanding of assigned clients, including their business needs and stakeholders.
• Maintain regular and proactive communication with clients through meetings, calls, email and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships while improving client satisfaction and retention.
• Support onboarding of new clients, including account setup, system integration and service documentation.
• Coordinate with operations and technical teams to resolve client inquiries and service requests.
• Prepare regular account management, client service and operational reports.
