You will act as the main contact, resolve inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services while maintaining CRM records.

The role emphasizes strong communication, proactive client insight, and a willingness to travel to industry events as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in client relationship management or sales.
• Experience in outsourcing or professional services preferred.
• Strong communication and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Provide clients with information and support regarding recruitment outsourcing services.
• Assist clients in understanding and utilizing the full range of services offered by the company.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of outsourcing services.
• Monitor service delivery and performance, ensuring compliance with client agreements and quality standards.
• Manage client contracts, renewals, and negotiations in collaboration with the sales and legal teams.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of client interactions and account status in the CRM system.
