Coface in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to drive revenue growth and retention within a defined portfolio. You will manage renewals, upsell opportunities, and coordinate with brokers and internal teams to deliver high-quality service from contract inception through renewal.

The ideal candidate has a university degree in Business Studies or related field with 5+ years in business development or account management, preferably in financial or insurance sectors,

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business Studies or related field with minimum 5+ years' experience in business development/account management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Broad understanding of key markets, their conditions, and competitor specifics.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills, able to convey complex commercial situations to management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with digital tools.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular, proactive communication.
• Provide responsive service by addressing client queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and consultations to recommend suitable solutions.
• Drive renewal revenue, profitability, and account growth within the portfolio.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and renewal plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Identify and execute cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximise account value.
• Monitor portfolio performance against targets and take action to optimise results.
• Act as the key contact between clients, brokers, and internal teams.
• Provide regular updates and reports on client needs, market insights, and business opportunities.
