The role requires travel for overseas visits, participation in international meetings and events, and accurate CRM/Excel record-keeping. Fluency in English and Mandarin and a professional client-facing demeanor are essential.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; degree or diploma in business communication preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage with clients professionally.
• Willing to travel internationally for business.
• Mature, adaptable, and culturally sensitive when dealing with international clients.
• Ability to maintain professional etiquette in client-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing international clients.
• Conduct client meetings online and in person, including overseas visits.
• Serve as main contact for assigned clients and ensure timely follow-up.
• Represent the company at international meetings and events.
• Collaborate with technical/support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain CRM/Excel records of interactions and follow-ups.
• Act as brand ambassador during overseas assignments.
