You will act as a trusted contact, promptly resolve issues, coordinate with internal and external teams, and drive client retention by understanding needs and proposing value-adding solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Enterprise Customer Success or Sales Delivery handling high-value/VIP accounts.
• Proven track record managing complex client lifecycles from onboarding through go-live and retention.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate with regional stakeholders and diverse client teams.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively and work outside standard business hours when required.
• Experience in account management, client success, project management, or related field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, senior stakeholders, and decision-makers through regular check-ins.
• Lead VIP and enterprise clients through onboarding and implementation with step-by-step guidance for a successful launch.
• Act as a trusted point of contact, promptly identifying and resolving issues while coordinating with internal and external teams.
• Drive client retention and long-term engagement by understanding business needs and recommending value-adding solutions.
• Communicate confidently with business leaders, demonstrating presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication of requirements and on-time delivery.
• Represent the company at client dinners, networking events, and other engagements to strengthen partnerships.
