Job summary

SIXPHY NATION is seeking a driven Full Time E-Commerce Admin to support our Kuala Lumpur office. You will handle order processing, customer service, and product updates across our e-commerce platforms, while assisting with marketing content creation and process improvements.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in e-commerce or customer service, strong organization, and bilingual communication in Bahasa Melayu and English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce or customer service.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills for a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Melayu and English; Chinese is a plus.
• Proficient with e-commerce platforms and editing tools (Capcut, Canva, MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Manage order processing and fulfilment, including tracking and customer communication.
• Provide customer service via email, phone and chat.
• Update product information, inventory levels and sales data on e-commerce platforms.
• Assist with creating/scheduling marketing content for online channels.

As a Full Time E-Commerce Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our online sales and customer service activities. This is a full-time position based in our Kuala Lumpur office.

Job Description

• Managing order processing and fulfilment, including order tracking and communication with customers
• Providing exceptional customer service through email, phone and chat support
• Maintaining and updating product information, inventory levels and sales data on our e-commerce platforms
• Assisting with the creation and scheduling of marketing content for our online channels
• Able to create content for product posting, marketing, or social media
• Collaborating with the broader team to identify and implement process improvements
• Performing general administrative tasks to support the e-commerce operations

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in an e-commerce or customer service role
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English language. Verbal chinese is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, MS Office suite, Capcut, Canva or other editing software.
• A customer-centric mindset and the desire to provide a high level of service
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Familiar with TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada
• Familiar with Big Seller platform is an added advantage
