Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an E-Commerce Executive/Assistant to manage and process sales orders, handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback across online and offline touchpoints.

You will coordinate with departments and support the operations team to resolve service issues while ensuring customer satisfaction and timely order fulfilment. Experience with Lazada/Shopee/Shopify/TikTok is preferred and English/ Mandarin communication is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with e-commerce platforms and systems (front-end & back-end).
• 1–2 years relevant experience in e-commerce.
• Digital savvy with interest in digital marketing and e-commerce.
• Good verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented and result-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Able to converse in English and Mandarin.

About you

Preferably with at least 1-2 years relevant experience

Digital savvy and passion for digital marketing and e-commerce

Good verbal and written communications skills and interpersonal skill

Creative, detail-oriented and result-oriented

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Able to converse in English and Mandarin
