Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a responsible, detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant to support daily operations and the management of our online stores. You will manage Shopee, TikTok Shop and other marketplaces, create listings, monitor stock, and maintain listing accuracy.

Requirements include a minimum SPM, diploma or degree in marketing or related field, familiarity with Shopee/TikTok Shop, strong organizational skills, and fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in e-commerce, online sales, customer service or sales administration is an advantage.
• Familiarity with marketplaces such as Shopee and TikTok Shop is preferred.
• Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day e-commerce operations and ensure online store activities run smoothly.
