Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Marketplace Management professional to upload and update product details across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and other marketplaces. You will monitor listings, pricing and inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and on-time deliveries.

The role includes planning campaigns, improving product visibility, managing customer service, and handling daily admin tasks. The ideal candidate has strong communication, problem-solving skills, and is proactive and organized, with

Qualifications

• Experience in E-commerce is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, willing to learn.
• Proactive, highly organized with a can-do attitude.
• Experience with Google Sheets; basic Photoshop is an advantage.
• Independent and flexible to take on new tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with uploading/updating product information on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and other marketplaces.
• Monitor product listings, pricing and inventory to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Print CN to ensure items are received and delivered.
• Develop strategies to boost product visibility and drive sales on platforms.
• Plan campaigns such as promotions, launches, and listings.
• Oversee day-to-day ecommerce operations.
• Provide customer service.
• Update pricing.
• Handle related admin tasks.

• Assisting, Manage & Responsible Upload/Update of products, information on our online marketplaces : Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and others.
• Continuously monitor product listings, content, pricing, and inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.
• To ensure items are correctly received and delivered out, printing CN.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales on these platforms.

Requirements

• Experience within would be a strong advantage.
