Job summary

Big Fat Smile in Malaysia is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to support daily operations of our online stores. You will manage product listings across Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, keep pricing up to date, execute campaigns and monitor performance.

Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Warehouse and Customer Service teams to drive growth and optimize processes with AI tools and automation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop.
• Good Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized and responsible.
• Positive attitude and willing to learn.
