Job summary

Intellipro Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a sales support professional to manage client relationships, follow up on opportunities, and coordinate across logistics teams in a freight forwarding environment.

You will handle portfolios, prepare proposals, and assist in converting leads into business while mentoring junior staff and ensuring high customer satisfaction and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or international shipping
• Solid understanding of import/export procedures for sea and air, INCOTERMS, and customs clearance
• Experience handling freight quotes, documents (bill of lading, airway bill), and shipment tracking
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good organizational, time-management, and customer-centric mindset
• Basic data analysis and reporting skills

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain regular contact to understand their needs
• Assist in resolving customer complaints quickly and effectively
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports
• Coordinate meetings, calls, or presentations with clients
• Oversee junior relationship executives or customer service staff
• Cold call and follow up on leads to convert them into business opportunities
