INNO ASIATRANS LOGISTICS SDN BHD is seeking a Customer Services Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. Based in UEP Subang Jaya, Selangor, this role is fundamental to delivering exceptional customer experiences within our freight and cargo forwarding operations.

As a Customer Services Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing inquiries, coordinating shipments, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the freight forwarding

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably logistics or shipping.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and inquiries.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding procedures and customs docs is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels with prompt, professional responses.
• Process and coordinate freight forwarding docs, customs declarations, and shipping instructions.
• Liaise with trucking firms and customs agents to ensure timely delivery.
• Track shipments and provide clients with regular progress updates.
• Resolve complaints, escalating complex issues to senior staff as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information and shipments.
• Support import/export coordination, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients to improve retention.
