• Strong business development and sales capabilities.
• Ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and grow existing customer accounts.
• Promote and sell logistics solutions including freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, customs clearance and 3PL services.
• Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, sales visits, networking and business presentations.
• Understand customers' logistics requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate rates and service agreements, and close sales opportunities.
• Follow up on sales leads and convert prospects into long-term business accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide effective solutions to service-related issues.
• Work closely with operations, warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth and reliable service delivery.
• Monitor sales performance, revenue and gross profit to achieve agreed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system.
