Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a focused sales professional to identify new business opportunities across key logistics sectors and promote sea and air freight services. You will manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract finalisation and build lasting relationships with commercial decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in Freight Forwarding Logistics.
• Leading sales growth within logistics.
• Track record in new client acquisition and independent revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and capture new business opportunities across key commercial sectors to expand market presence.
• Formulate strategic sales initiatives to promote sea freight, air freight, and integrated supply chain services.
• Manage complete sales life cycles independently, from initial prospecting and client engagement to contract finalisation.
• Establish and cultivate strong relationships with commercial decision-makers to secure sustainable revenue streams.
• Partner closely with internal operational teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions to prospective clients.
