Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business administration.
• 4–5 years of experience handling foreign worker matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage foreign worker permit applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Coordinate FOMEMA, immigration, and related statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate foreign worker records including permits and passports.
• Liaise with government authorities and internal stakeholders on foreign worker matters.
• Monitor quota utilization and provide manpower updates.
• Support onboarding, deployment and repatriation processes for foreign workers.
• Ensure hostel and employment regulations related to foreign workers are followed.
