5G-Starlink Pte. in Melaka invites an HR Administrator to manage foreign workers and related immigration processes. You will coordinate work permit applications, renewals, and onboarding for new hires, and maintain accurate foreign worker records.

You will also oversee hostel administration, ensure compliance with housing guidelines, monitor headcount, and participate in ad hoc projects as required by the company.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or equivalent.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with strong communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage foreign workers and related administration.
• Assist immigration and admin work for foreign workers.
• Handle work permit applications and renewals.
• Prepare employment contracts and onboarding, including passport administration, hostel registration, and welfare for foreign workers.
• Maintain foreign worker master file and profiles.
• Oversee hostel administration and ensure housing meets guidelines.
• Monitor headcount to meet labour requirements.
• Undertake ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned.
