Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR professional to oversee foreign worker management, compliance with Malaysian labour law, and audits. The role covers liaison with recruitment agencies, permits, accommodation, welfare, and payroll-related tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR or related field, strong communication skills, and experience with ISO standards and dispute resolution. This position is based in Kulai, Johor, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Experience in foreign worker management or HR operations preferred.
• Knowledge of Malaysian labour law, ILO requirements, and statutory compliance.
• Familiar with audit requirements and ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 22301, 13485).
• Strong communication and ability to manage employee relations and disputes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor policies, procedures and related agreements to comply with audit, local law and ILO requirements.
• Attend internal and external audits.
• Coordinate foreign workers recruitment matters and liaise with recruitment agencies to ensure compliance with applicable law.
• Monitor and support foreign workers related matters including permits, accommodation management, cost and welfare analysis.
• Drive and coordinate employee engagement initiatives and gather feedback from employees.
• Maintain positive working relationships at all levels and handle misconduct or disputes.
• Review overtime plans, related invoices and Migrant Worker Management processes.
