Job summary

You will ensure compliance with government, immigration, and statutory requirements, acting as the main liaison with authorities and internal stakeholders to oversee quotas, documentation, onboarding, deployment and repatriation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–5 years of experience in foreign worker matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage foreign worker permit applications, renewals, and cancellations to ensure compliance with government regulations.
• Coordinate FOMEMA, immigration, and related statutory requirements for foreign workers.
• Maintain accurate foreign worker records, including permits, passports, and employment documentation.
• Liaise with government authorities, agencies and internal stakeholders on foreign worker matters.
• Monitor foreign worker quota utilization and provide regular manpower updates.
• Support onboarding, deployment and repatriation processes for foreign workers.
• Ensure compliance with hostel and employment regulations related to foreign workers.
