Job summary

Carsome Sdn Bhd is seeking an Executive for Branch Support Operations (Fleet) to confirm car conditions against inspection reports and assist customers with ownership transfers. The role emphasizes PDI, vehicle handovers, and cross-branch logistics across Malaysia.

You will coordinate with the Logistics team, manage internal records, and support fleet quality standards while travelling to branches as required.

Qualifications

• Qualification in SPM, Diploma or Degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Valid Malaysian driving license with a clean record and willingness to travel.
• Ability to interact with people at all levels; multitask and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) and update inspection records.
• Perform inbound/outbound inspections on IC to IC transfers and update CarTracker/AppSheet records.
• Coordinate car handovers and inter-branch vehicle transfers with the Logistics team.
• Prepare vehicles for test drives and arrange post-test drive touch ups as needed.
• Transport vehicles from yard to branches and manage handovers from multiple branches.
