Job summary

Carsome Sdn Bhd is seeking an Executive, Branch Support Operations (Fleet Management) to support vehicle handover, inspections, and logistics coordination across branches. The role requires attention to detail and strong communication to ensure accurate records and smooth operations.

The candidate should have automotive exposure, at least 2 years in the sector, and a valid driving license with willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• SPM / Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
• Automotive education preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in the automotive industry.
• Valid driving license with a clean record and willingness to travel.
• Ability to interact with people at all levels and multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct PDI and inbound/outbound inspections and update records.
• Prepare vehicles for test drives and perform post-test inspections.
• Coordinate inter-branch vehicle transfers with Logistics and use TMS.
• Manage car handovers between branches and yards and update CarTracker.
• Update AppSheet and ensure inventory accuracy with monthly stock counts.
• Uphold fleet quality standards and familiarity with JPJ/Puspakom processes.
