Job summary

Carsome Sdn Bhd is seeking an Executive for Branch Support Operations (Fleet) in Malaysia to oversee vehicle handovers, inspections and logistics coordination. The role reports to the Assistant Team Leader and focuses on confirming car condition against inspection reports and assisting customers with ownership changes.

Main duties include conducting PDI, coordinating intra- and inter-branch transfers, arranging transport, and maintaining accurate records in CarTracker and AppSheet.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in the automotive industry.
• Valid driving license with a clean record and willingness to travel.
• Ability to interact with individuals at all levels and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) and inbound/outbound inspections on IC to IC transfer cars.
• Prepare vehicles for test drives and conduct post-test drive touch-ups.
• Update records in CarTracker, CarRetailer App and AppSheet to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate inter-branch vehicle transfers with Logistics and CMS.
• Receive and facilitate handovers from different branches and arrange transport from yards to branches.
