Job summary

Carsome Sdn Bhd is seeking an Executive for Branch Support Operations (Fleet) to confirm car conditions against inspection reports and assist customers with ownership changes. The role involves hands-on vehicle inspections, fleet logistics, and coordinating cross-branch transfers to ensure accurate inventory and seamless handovers.

You will collaborate with the Logistics team, manage PDI and transfer processes, and support East Malaysia branches with targeted photoshoots and asset management.

Qualifications

• Qualification in SPM / Diploma / Degree (in any discipline).
• Preferably candidates possess some level of Automotive Education.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in the Automotive industry.
• A valid driving license with a clean record and willingness to travel.
• Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively and think fast to resolve challenging situations.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team to support each other.
• A quality-first mentality in upholding CARSOME's fleet quality standards.
• Familiarity with the JPJ or Puspakom's procedure will be a plus point.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI).
• Perform inbound and outbound inspections on all IC to IC transfer cars and update records accordingly.
• Vehicle Maintenance & Upkeep; prepare vehicles for test drives and post-test inspections.
• Coordinate car handovers from different branches and arrange inter-branch transfers.
• Load/unload vehicles and manage movements through the Transport Management System (TMS).
• Tag keys accurately and update CarTracker(C2B) records.
• Coordinate car washes or USP; arrange photoshoots for East Malaysia branches.
• Monthly stock counts to ensure vehicle inventory accuracy.
