CARSOME Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Retail Operations Support Specialist to guide the customer journey from order to delivery. You will liaise with customers, banks, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth handovers, inspections, and vehicle readiness.

Reporting to Branch Operations, you will coordinate PDI, inter-branch vehicle transfers, app updates, and fleet maintenance, while maintaining CarTracker records and ensuring compliance with JPJ/Puspakom procedures.

Qualifikationen

• SPM/ Diploma/ Degree in any discipline (required).
• Automotive education preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in automotive industry.
• Valid driving license with clean record and willingness to travel.
• Able to multitask and communicate across levels.
• Team player and independent as needed.

Aufgaben

• Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) and vehicle handover.
• Perform inbound/outbound inspections and update records.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, test drives, and touch-ups.
• Ensure Puspakom re-inspections are timely.
• Coordinate car wash; update AppSheet.
• Monthly stock counts for inventory accuracy.
• Update CarTracker before/after collections.
• Tag keys by vehicle number plates for tracking.
• Prepare for collection and arrange transport between branches.
• Coordinate inter-branch vehicle transfers with Logistics.
• Organize East Malaysia photoshoots for EM branches.
• Manage CMS transfer requests and Movements via TMS.
• Load/unload vehicles onto trailers; update CarRetailer App.
• Receive and facilitate handovers from other branches.
